Well, the idea here is to demonstrate a short position, right? A simple successive list of NOBOs for the last 2 years would prove sufficient. Management wouldn't have to even disclose names, only that the NOBOs prove/disprove this huge short position. Of course management can always get this information from their TA, too, which likewise would demonstrate this reprobate shorting activity. It's been stated numerous times no one sells Telvue, it's NITE, etc. Well, let's put an end to the drivel. Actually, a simple statement from management in printed form would suffice, right? If there is indeed this magnanimous short position present, why not have management confirm this with its shareholders? Surely no one would find affirmation objectionable, right?
