These are the answers I have received from the IR firm per my post #3769.
Mike will be required to purchase meal output/off-take of the JV.
The Regina plant is not part of the JV, it is all spoken for. Currently doing 150 MT a day in the Regina plant, and it can triple production with the next round of funding.
The plants were not destroyed by the storm.
I will forward the other answers when I recieve them.
PS: They said Mike is very excited about the future, foreseeing big revenues.
