No wonder NITE is top dog in the OTC. He has got it so good he can afford to sell shares below his published ask. Must have enough in those Cayman Island accounts. I mean seriously - why would a market maker do that unless the entire purpose here was to take the stock down?

Why not just NAME the Ask at 18 instead of publishing 20 and selling at 18? Some FINRA rule I overlooked about how much cheaper one market maker can go than the other market makers? I will have my securities attorney look into that for me.

Can I get some at 15? I can buy more that way. This is like the Priceline.com NAME YOUR PRICE thing - is that what we are doing here now? Well great, let's find 20 people who want to get in on this sale NITE is running and see what happens. I am simply going to have to start selling the furniture now so I can get my hands on these discount shares. It's okay I was getting tired of the decor.

It is an amazing job the market maker NITE is doing. He's got the free market system all figured out. Simply invent shares that don't exist, sell them always at least 5-10 cents cheaper than the other market makers (NITE 20 cent ask, HDSN 25 cents, AUTO 30 cents). Sell some at bid. Make the spread so unappealing those with scared money don't come knocking on your door to buy. Drag it out so that if shakey ever does buy you scare him into selling at a loss. Hope that shakey cries over spilled milk and helps bad mouth the "big bad longs." Try to take the stock down and hand it over to flippy.

Sadly NITE is playing Checkers and I prefer an ancient Chinese game upon which many tenets of the Art of War (Sun Tzu) are based.

NITE you just won't get my shares and you will never get those of the majority shareholders. Remember man, there's only 10M in the float and 255 shareholders of record. Most of whom are way too busy to check in on your bullpucky games on a daily basis.

Ball is in your court, NITE. I would stop this mickey mouse stuff you're doing that's as transparent as a Victoria's Secret nightie
and start covering, but I'm just sayin'. Start by getting off the Ask - you don't have 5000 shares to sell at 20 cents and you know it. I'd happily buy some from HDSN at 25 cents.
