How can you be so sure there won't be another reverse split? There was one in 2007, two in 2009, another in 2010 There could be one tomorrow and you'd be screwed. Do yourself a favor and go back and read some of the posts here in 2007, 2008 and 2009. The company is run by crooks. There will be no rewards for those who hold ;)
