There are two problems with saying that is a Paid Mailer.

First..... It wasn't paid. It was a spam advertisement to join Topstockpicks. Sort of like Skyles piggybacking his website onto the JBI move.

Second..... There is nothing there except a statement about the recent run up in the JBI stock price, which was is indeed the Truth.
