Judy, your question exemplifies the dilemma. We don't know what the value of the company is. I would be interested in your assessment of value and the factors you use in the derivation of your estimate.

Likewise, I think the same explanation needs to be the focus of Ed's on the conference call, along with offering an estimate for the timing of the event.
