I believe in a buyout the buyer, whoever it is, would be issuing us X number of shares to replace our MZEI shares. The ratio of exchange would depend on the SP at the time. As for the remaining government portion of the company and the remaining shares for that, I can't answer. Hopefully Manti will fill in the blanks and correct me if I'm wrong.
