thanks. It was agreat race and realy nice to share with nathalie. We saw some amazing stuff. Running the mountain ridge (about 18 inches wide and straight down about 1000 feet on either side) and going down slot canyons was pretty wild.

Just a great experience - a kind of forced meditation - all your mind can deal with is making it to the next check point - everything else you're usually worrying/thinking about is blown away - really cleans out your mind and puts a different perspective on things.
