On MSNBC’s Ed Show, Lawrence Wilkerson, former aid to Colin Powell, asks if he cannot pretty please, please waterboard Donald Rumsfeld? .. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E4_RQc9NLxQ .. He also reaffirms that former Secretary of State Powell said that Rumsfeld himself is manipulative and deceptive.

Isn’t it embarrassing to have an ex-president who cannot even travel to Europe (or most of the world) for fear of being arrested?

And, isn’t it even more embarrassing that the Europeans are willing to pursuit indictments, but the United States is not?
