Tom, The last 80 week low was in August of 04. Theoretically, the 40 week low occurs at the 80 week high this time (in a perfect synchronous world), so the next 80 week (and 40, 20 et al) low would be when the 40 week low next occurs....perhaps next January timeframe nominally.
