Firstly this is not a full Level 2. These are bid and ask quotations. Full level 2 would also show you trades and at what price and at what time they traded.

You cannot really look at that thing before a certain time in the morning because all the quotations are not in. Even when the opening bell hits, sometimes these quotes are delayed.

There are new FINRA rules going in TODAY about these quotations and I posted that earlier to the board.

If a market maker doesn't want to be on the Ask, it is customary to set a very high Asking price just to be off the front lines but not completely off the battlefield.

My other stock, T*VE, has DOMS usually at $500 for shares. He is actually almost correct on that one (it's a MOASS) but I'm just sayin'. Right now neither stock is going to be trading at those levels and the market makers are in Park instead of Drive.
