Staktek Holdings Names Wayne Lieberman As President, James Cady to Remain CEO


AUSTIN, Texas (AP) -- Staktek Holdings Inc., a provider of packaged memory stacking services, said Monday it named Wayne Lieberman as president, to succeed James Cady, who will remain chief executive officer.
Most recenty, Lieberman served as vice president and general manager at Marvell Semiconductor, and spent nearly five years at Texas Instruments, where he served as worldwide manager of software business strategy for the DSP unit.

Staktek shares were unchanged at $3.55 in afternoon trading on the Nasdaq.
