NEW YORK (AP) -- Stocks that were moving substantially or trading heavily Monday on the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq Stock Market.

Caremark Rx Inc., up $1.51 at $43.30

Profits at the prescription benefit manager more than doubled from a year ago.

Dynegy Inc., up 47 cents at $4.24

The energy company lost 70 cents per share in the quarter, but reduced its expected losses for 2005.

Hillenbrand Industries Inc., down $7.54 at $47.85

The medical equipment and funeral casket maker turned a profit in the first quarter but reduced its forecasts for full-year results.

NASDAQ

Brightpoint Inc., down $1.33 at $18.77

The mobile phone distributor restated its 2004 financial results to lower its profits by 14 cents per share.

Career Education Corp., up $1.91 at $32.70

The company said an SEC inquiry into securities violations found wrongdoing by certain employees, but not by the company's top management.

Research in Motion Ltd., up $2.08 at $70.02

The company added 1 million subscribers for its e-mail paging services over the last six months.
