This board would be blank if that were true. That's the most accurate thing I've ever seen posted here. I remember the classic "NNVC was going to get millions of dollars from the government, but there was a clerical error" post. The annual "they will file an INDA this year" posts every Jan. 1. The "they are filing for AMEX any minute" posts. And of course, the Willy Wonka-like "I got an email from Gene Seymour" posts that nobody can ever prove. Given the lack of denial from the CEO, I do tend to believe it was a passport issue.
