Honestly, do you ever pay attention to what's going on here? Do you have any background in business at all? Many of us have been involved in business for quite some time, and realize that timelines can shift given specific conditions.
Having said that, an audit being promised for months can raise a red flag (Dean) but that is not the case here.
Maybe if Centa hadn't been fighting the frauds and criminals like Joe and Josh who have no interest in benefiting shareholders of QASP things would be further along. Have you considered that? It seems like you and some of your cohorts conveniently leave that information out of your "save the wayward" postings.
There appear to be many folks here that really don't understand everything that has been done to fight the crooks that have done everything in their power to keep QASP from participating in a chance to add value for shareholders, and you know who they are...or you should.
Oh, by the way, here are the accoutants that the big, big liar is using for the financials. Needless to say your statements are fairly uninformed.
Accounting Today magazine's "2010 Top 100 Accounting Firm Survey" ranks CRI the 34th largest accounting firm in the nation.
Oh, and then we have the misinformed folks acting like they know what they're talking about telling us that QASP should have been PRing and filing documents with the SEC and auditing the pile of crap financials that Jeff was left with when our buddy Dean walked out for the last time.
Are these clowns serious? Do they have any idea what they are talking about? Let me answer that for you...no! Jeff could have spent time and effort putting out worthless documents, or getting work done that would actually mean something. We have been through the days of "we feel good and are working hard" PRs, and filings that were lies posted with the help of crminals, and acquisitions that took a year to "inform clients".
What I see is a group of dedicated folks that are fighting a battle on many fronts, blocking punches from known criminals like Joe C., and still managing to move forward. I think they deserve the benefit of the doubt until proven that they are non-deserving of it, which is not the case today.
The folks that want to put the Centa folks and Jeff down need to shut their mouth and look at what they have to offer versus what the scam artist Joe C. has in store for folks.
The naysayers are preaching to the wrong choir. We know what's been done and have our eyes open the second tine around. That increased awareness includes reading right through the reams of garbage being spewed here from the usual characters that are out to save us.
I hope I never look as transparent and lame as that group does at this moment.
