Don't mind waiting gobs of time for National accounts to materialize dirty, just don't understand why Eric is giving time-frames on these things again. Like when he said they would know within 30 days. Then he said they would know within 2-3 weeks after that...it's like, come on Eric. Didn't he learn anything from the whole Lowe's debacle?
