SevenTenEleven: This should be very interestting with EIGH. The regulators will either prove they are or are not captured. I suspect it could go either way at this point as I am sure those who are short are using every bit of leverage they have to try and prevent this from happening. With only two weeks to cover the short position we should know soon which way this is going to go. We will either see a rapidly increasing bid on EIGH and no doubt the other FLD's or it will be same old same old. It does provide the regulators a clear opportunity to demonstrate that they are not in fact captured and I hope they seize the moment.
