"Execution date"? Do they mean "ex date", as in "ex dividend date"?

Companies do not set ex dates; FINRA does. That said, I'm not sure that there will be an ex date in this case, since a share exchange is not a dividend payment.

Oh yeah, and I thought the company said it'd submitted its corporate action request to FINRA long ago.
