Wheeler would not be able to say "we will not expand because the duopoly is a perfectly fine situation for us...". Granted, it would perhaps not amount to price fixing (i am not a lawyer...), but still it would be strange. Consequently, I am happy that MNTA is signalling that they will not produce more, and happy that sandoz allows them to signal this.

I would not sleep well if mL took more share. If Wheeler is signalling, he needs to come up with something, and Teva seems like a good excuse, particularly since nobody knows for sure. I personally don't understand why the analysts are bugging him on this...
