Correction: Anyone can get the right to host a website, but not anyone can host a website. One has to be able to provide space on a server they own or lease for use by their clients as well as providing Internet connectivity, to host a website.

This presents two problems: 1) One must own or lease a server that they can use for this service, and 2) One must have the technical skills to set this up and manage it for their clients. Nazir has neither.

You're expressing two opinions. The first is that Nazir seems pretty smart to you. The second is that you honestly believe Nazir could manage such a thing.

I honestly can't imagine what Nazir has done to give you either opinion.
