In the form is not included anything about livestock feed, as is not included biodiesel either. I think Mr. Shenher wouldn't have agreed on that concession (%5) without getting anything in exchange, I'm assuming that CPOW will continue with its other markets, as long as they don't enter in "direct conflict or competition with the JV", that means for me, CPOW is not allowed to deal (buy or sell) oil outside the JV.

The deal is with Chongqing Red Dragonfly Oil, they want the cooking oil, not interested, at least for now and not on this agreement, on the biodiesel. Regarding the livestock feed, I guess they couldn't export it to China even if they wanted, because then the "black leg" would indeed be an issue, since it could spread in that way to the indigenous crops.

But lets see, we will get a more detailed story later, as the projects continue flowing in one direction or the other. Also we can get our general questions answered once they settle their IR dept and get a breather from the accumulated backlog.
For now I see everything fitting together in a paced, but solid and consistent way.
