The GGL Gamebase Kiosks are already being manufactured somewhere. The somewhere I do not know where. However in regard to your question, "do the need to build a factory..." CGAQ/GGL has exclusive manufacturing rights to build in the Dominican Republic. I'm not sure if the plant is already built, if not it soon will be. Right now other kiosk/slot machine/lottery machines etc. can be sold in the D.R. Once CGAQ/GGL starts manufacturing within the D.R. will be big as CGAQ will not have to occur the import costs that other retailers of similiar units have to occur ... thus giving CGAQ a great price advantage in selling CGAQ's units to retailers or casino outlets
