Although you really have no need to be here but to be a pain, you do seem to be relatively intelligent, so you all by yourself can't figure out what there is this selling on news????
Let's just assume there really is a seller with 60,000,000 shares to dump, with the light volume on normal days, (less than 250,000 shares bought and sold) if one were to try to sell say 6,000,000 shares the MM's would walk down the price so fast to 000 it would make even the OwnBoss1's head spin. So this purported "seller" needs to wait for heavy volume to create a market that he/she can actually sell... thus the selling at each and every news release... I think now they are getting down to their last 8 to 10 million and see no news a coming so will just keep dumping...
Just like all your post, just IMO of course...
or maybe none of this is happening and the company is somehow selling and not raising the O/S...
