Whoa! Don't you know that perhaps HDI may form part of the BOD for LBSR. Take NAK or U5 Resources for instance; HDI, Ron Dickinson, is Chairman of the board for NAK as HDI folks also sit on the board for U5. When it comes to LBSR, I think you are thinking too small. Instead, LBSR is huge and the Liberty Star BOD should reflect that. All in my humble opinion
