SLO the old BOD when Dean was CEO. The new BOD since then has been 50% Jeff so the new BOD did not vote any changes since then. Still this entire issue is up to court to decide who is in charge. For now that has not been decided. Not Joe or Jeff at this point can decide that only judge can. Until then I go by last CEO the BOD approved Jeff. After that BOD hasn't made any changes.
