Thanks Lowtrade, that sounds very reasonable to me. Somewhere along the line I got this formula for a target. It is like

T = 2B-L (formula)

T = Target price
2B = 2 x breakout (.369 in this case)= .738
minus prior low
.738 - .203 = .535

Getting pretty dang close to your projected chart pattern of .58, huh? LOL Many times I have seen this play out.
