"...on a monthly basis" which could be interpreted to mean that the $25 K is split into smaller payments over the months. If it were "per month" it would be of enormous benefit for the PR to clearly state that. Unclear wording is typical of a pump and dump. There is always a legal out of the trick wording. What the hell, we're in the pinkies. Just my opinion.
