I read the article and unfortunately it looks solid. I suppose there is a small chance that is an observational artifact - for example if high DHA levels reduced PSA, then more folks with small but aggressive tumors and high DHA levels might have enrolled in the study - basically the DHA could have been masking the symptoms of the disease in its early stages.

Makes me think twice about omega-3 supplements.
