Anyway, there should be also mentiones somewhere in different filings, that Roxy owed him money for rents and many other things, that amounted to 100 times more then she wanted to collect from him for dividens that she promissed to shareholders and did not deliver for 3-4 years. And she was not paying him, so he pulled "Roxanna" on EMXC. That is a long story in short form, IMO.
