Doesnt matter who is CEO and the Judge will decide who is in charge not you or anyone else NOONE is to make any decisions or file PRS or create Filings until the Court decides.

As far as Im concerned Jeff is CEO until proven by the courts he is not

Joe has already broken the law once from his fake filing the other day because it was never authorized and illegal because the judge clearly stated NO business Decisions
