vaman, I've always thought that TA precedes fundamental news .. not always but a lot of the time. Typically if you see negative/positive technical setups, you are more lead to believe there are negative/positive fundamental news that are either happening at the moment or in the pipeline to be released. The only problem is that we are on the OTCBB and the MMs can manipulate the TA more so, to mimic a run or dive or anything else they want. Assuming everything is what it appears to be, I'm lead to believe earnings will be strong .. growth will be strong, margins will be higher, and the ceo projections will be on target based on the current technical setup and overall trend … also on past qt releases, IMO. I typically like to work the other way around .. first find technical setups, then go into their fundamentals. Everything should go hand in hand. It makes predicting price movement with TA a little easier. It's all my opinion.
