My guess is every move he is making is being watched very closely.

Any false move and could end his career and involvement any any companies in the future IMO with his code of conduct and detriment to shareholders and or investments.

The question he needs to ask himself is it worth ruining his whole career over QASP which has around 30.00 in the bank.

He needs to move on and just let it go In my humble opinion.

The Court system has everything they need and the last thing they need is interference from a Cocky wanna be CEO who has no authority to do anything until the Judge rule
