As a Pretend CEO until the Judge officially agrees with you, you have the Fiduciary responsibility to Act in All the Shareholders Interests and we want answers to all of the Questions listed below?

What is the Main Number we can reach you at?

Who is the Current IR we can address questions to?

What is the current office location you and your management team are occupying so we can visit to see what our money is paying for?

What is the Current Board of Directors?

You do know that you already ignored the Judges order for No business to be conducted until a Decision is made. Why did you blatantly ignore the Law and have your fake board vote you in?



Why would you wait to see what centacom does? I thought the company (according to you ) had nothing to do with centacom. Why dont you pr a good reason for qasp shareholders to support quasar?

Where can the Shareholders come visit you at to get some direct answers?

Is this statement true? ".Dean owns and trades an offshore fund. Joe was his partner. Joe even listed Dean a a reference on his "wifes" site...LOL "

Why don't you share with all the shareholders why you need another 1.5 BILLION shares in the AS?

Why are you threatening to put out a PR if Centacom announces a proposed stock swap when this is just a choice for shareholders and not yourself?

Doesnt all your Preferreds from the past since they had NO voting rights mean that the filings and bogus Prs were fraudulent since they were voted on and there were no Voting rights?

Why did you Issue New Voting Rights? Doesnt this just tell everyone that the old Voting rights mean Jeff is still in Control since they were Fraudulently done and had no Voting rights to make any of those past filings legal?

Are there any current negotiations going on with Kwan that the shareholders dont know about?

Can you please list every family member both in the Past and the current that have been involved with QASP and what there roles are and were?

Joe if you really are the CEO like you said you are you fiduciary responsibility to act in the best interests of the shareholders.
What is your plan to bring value to us with No Dilution?

Do you understand that there are current Legal proceedings going on and that No Business Operations are to be performed by either parties until the Judge makes his Decisions?
In a nut shell, can you explain what has been going on for about the last year? Specifically address you stepping down, the increased shares, the preffereds and the possible merger that is being talked about.

Next, I want to know if you think that I am going to show any 'profit' from my investment into this company? It seems you were in control for a long time...especially when I became a shareholder, so you would have been the one responsible for maximizing the shareholder value. Why has that not happened?

In your opinion, am i ever going to see a profit in this company, or should I just sell out and take my losses?

After this whole court case(s) are finished and if you are still the one as the CEO, what are your plans to make the investors...shareholders...all of us... glas that we invested our hard earned money into this company run by you?

Do you have any friends or Coworkers that are posting on this board and what is your relationship with them?

I sure hope this isnt proven because having a CEO that is betting against our investments would be equivalent to a Baseball player betting on his team to lose and gambling against his own stock?

Please reassure us you have No involvement in Any Offshore Accounts are that you are not associated with anyone that does that could effect our investments?

And last of all as a Shareholder of QASP I am extremely disturbed by your statement "QASP IS TOAST"
