Wow. That's 200 MM more than what I heard from a good source only last week. Your O/S number is consistent with the dumping we saw these past days. I wonder how many of those 456 MM are free-trading vs. restricted? If your number is correct, PKG is perilously close to the A/S wall. Then PKG board would have to enact an increase in A/S, in order to sell more shares. Company is now worth ~$182,000 (market capitalization).

Not a pretty sight, but if they can launch the Violet Nine with more than modest success, we'd have a fighting chance. Until then, "stuck" may be the operative word.
