Joe's plan of bashing and trashing didn't work.
Do you guys really think Joe is doing all of this so he can regain his 160K investment he claim he is owed??????

Here's the real deal....Dean owns and trades an offshore fund. Joe was his partner. Joe even listed Dean a a reference on his "wifes" site...LOL

Joe is caught short with a few of his offshore buddies, which means millions of dollars to him.....
First he came on here bashing and trashing......
that didn't work. The price hung in there.
After all that failed, Joe has had to step things up a bit by voting himself in as CEO.....Next he again tries to double the AS.......
Why you ask yourself??????
If you were short millions of dollars on a stock and you couldn't, along with your associates run it into the box, the next logical step is to take over, even if you are risking contempt of court to do so. Then issue yourself the discounted shares to cover the short position.

Simple math actually......Only there is one problem that Joe has not overcome yet.....The TA is blocked.

No issuance of shares means nothing has changed......

Grab popcorn and watch as the desperation grows......This will get even more interesting.....IMO
