BK I'm with you: Either (1) take the stock option and send in the Ballot or (2) just wait it out.

I'm personally very torn. The investor in me wants the stock, but I'm loathe to give these guys their releases.

I'm still leaning toward the stock, however. It stinks that my shares get locked up....
