Good Afternoon David,

I would like to say thanks for the time you spent on the phone this morning. I know it was brief but yet knowledgeable for me as well. I do have a few question that i would like to ask you.

1) With just taking over the company in March and having 3 Possible prospects for a RM would you be interested in doing a Shareholders update to help better the baseline of the new direction of the company. AKA Clean shell, current on filing, and SS to remain the same? As a business man i know you understand how updating shareholders would help your Current PPS which also help with Merger Prospects as well.

2) Is there a time line you are working with for the 3 Prospects? I know you said its just talk at this point but what time frame are you looking to possibly move that to paper?

3) Are you looking to sell off the Patents to other known companies? If so do you have any nibbles on any companies willing to gain interest in those? This would also be great for a shareholders update. Nothing wrong with updating the new direction this also to not give any Fluff to a PR just simply an update.
