PPTO was pumped to kingdom come back in Dec 10. Went from around .02 to over .12 by early Feb 11. Followed by the obligatory one day crash and then a steady decline to the .04 range. Now today's pump saw it down nearly 50% more to just over .02.

Not seeing a lot of good here.
