The product and market aren't that complicated. That's the point.
If it works it should be marketable. This product falls into the "too good to be true" category. That's also simple to deal with; you need PROOF.
Proof could be provide via the testing they claimed they would accomplish in the past. But once again it seems we're always waiting on something.
When money is on the line I think it's only right (and smart) to be concerned with deadlines and time frames. If we weren't we would be crazy.
As an investor I COULD go sell this product myself, or try to tell the world, but really it's not my job. I have a job. That's where I get the money I invest.
If they were smart enough to hire the best law firm to represent them, why aren't' they smart enough to high someone worthwhile to market their product? That's an issue.
