Jeffrey L. Sarvis
Mr. Sarvis began his professional career with Spartan Food Systems. He served as District Leader, Regional Leader, and Divisional Leader. In 1994, Mr. Sarvis was appointed to Vice President where he was responsible for all phases of the operation of 215 locations. In 1996, Mr. Sarvis became President of Rodger Reality Investments, a start-up company that grew to 220 employees. Mr. Sarvis serves as a director for the company since August 2007. He is also the founding principal for Encore Medical Staffing.

Mr. Sarvis currently serves as President of all concepts.

Brittany Lucas
Brittany Lucas serves as a Secretary for Southern Home Medical and joined the company in 2006. Ms. Lucas has assisted Southern Home Medical in all aspects of the day to day operations of the company and has been fundamental in outlining the structural basis of the corporation. As a vital key player in the growth and foundation of Encore Medical Staffing, she has provided the Encore brand with support and knowledge for continuous expansion and development. Born and raised in Indiana, Ms. Lucas enjoyed 10 years in 4-H, attended Purdue University, and spent 3 years in the motorsports industry.
