FTC handles cases of false advertising and misrepresentations on ingredient labels. What with the "It has Lipton tea in it so you taste the tea" elliptical claim by LJ, the reported re-labeling of the tea, and now this reputed false hype in their advertising, there appear to be sufficient grounds for a complaint. "The FTC is charged with oversight of truth in labeling and advertising."

"It has Lipton tea in it so you taste the tea." -Larry Johnson @ 2:25-2:28 in a recorded interview. It can't get much clearer than that.

These are my opinions and sentiments. Buying stocks poses demonstrable risks; you could lose all or part of your principal investment. Use iBoxes for DD start.

Buying gold won't save your soul, but it might save your skin someday.
