It is the best logical way of winding down. We have to realize that those affiliates also need some relief for their own liabilities. So we should expect a improved Balance Sheet after the first distributions. In fact I expect that some of the distrubuted asset will just be credited to the liabilities of other subsidiaries. Imagine that a big portion of the 61B is illiquid and cannot be trully cut in pieces.
