Hi

Looking at the balance sheet for Dec 30 2010, it seems that Common Equity holders will get something only if there is reduction of liabilities or increase in assets by 36,239 mill.

And preferred will get something only when there is reduction of liabilities or increase in assets by 27,246 mill.
