What I don't understand is...

Why did they put this out on PR Web, instead of Marketwire, which is what they put all the others on? It's their decision as to who puts it out because they have to pay to have a pr put out. So why put it out on PR Web? As you can see, no one even knew about it. I found it by mistake. With news like this, you don't suddenly switch companies. You stay with the same one because at least you know it's going to hit the major markets. Very strange.
