err...worse than Dean or Sandy? You are forgetting something, he wont be the worst CEO he will be the typical pink CEO (sad but true).

Anyway, why are people so concerned about this?? Wont most of us just swap our shares and be done with QASP? Why the concern about this company so much if in the near future will will hold shares in the newco?? Maybe I am missing something but why so many people worrying about a soon to be moot point? TIA.
