Phrantic, I think the questions are better directed to Ed.
We don't need an accounting from Eversull. Since Ed last communicated 7 weeks ago, MZEI is down 20%; since the first of the year, it's down 35%, since release of the hospital beta tests, it's down 56%; all on lower volume. Objectively, Eversull hasn't accomplished his goals.
Is the aim in contacting him for him to acknowledge this?
What's he going to say? Yeh, I messed up, I don't know what I'm doing. Or, MZEI has handcuffed me, I can't do XYZ and ABC to effect these goals, they won't let me. Either response puts him in a no win position.
As I said, I think the questions of accountability on so many fronts rest with management.
As I read it, Ed tried to sell the technology last Fall. He was told to go home, make a real product, get the patents and demonstrate that the market(s) will buy your device. People are sitting around hoping for news of the peer article, of a TV show, etc. How about we hear about what many of us, and the Fortune 500 companies want to see, a business plan (including product, market and patent updates) that are convincing concerning commericial value.
