pual, I concur with most all you said.
A couple of points to keep in mind are that many companies don't like having their name used by a supplier or customer without their permission.
Also, this was a "first time around" thing and my feeling from talking to Victoria Duff is that a lot was learned and there is recognition that a lot of improvement is needed. I think comments like yours will be listened to.
