Lack of transparency by Mr. Renfro caused all this. Gagged TA, no return of investor emails with questions. No update on fund raising, shares O/S or how much money they need to raise. Delayed merger closings. Those are the reasons for the questions here and no secret email blasts with old info that was already posted before on the board can change that.
