CCME, to be honest I'm not that sure that CCME will get delisted. Seeing how the Nasdaq allows these companies to basically just do nothing for months, not provide any 10k for weeks, and still let them keep halted I think it should be fairly easy for CCME to gain compliance since it seems they get all the time in the world to achieve this. How difficult can it be to get a new CFO and auditor and file some kind of 10k within a few months? Like I said certain auditors will sign you anything. If nothing else we have learned this in the last few months. That said even with the pink sheet theory I agree with you about the opening price. I don't see sub 4 in any way, not even on the pinks.
