What you are saying is that they can legally restrain to exercise your puts? I don't think they can do this can they? An option is a binding legal contract betweent the buyer and seller and I should always be able to exercise this put if I want to. I had no problems to exercise my CCME puts and this stock is the most shorted stock on the Nasdaq of all times right now.
